There are two sides of the brain, the logical and the creative, and Dave is known for employing both hemispheres, often simultaneously, with equal skill. As a creative-minded strategist, he has built inventive and solid foundations to support campaigns large and small, for clients ranging from Comcast and AOL to Schick and MTV.
Being a strategic-minded creative, he has built award-winning campaigns for clients of every shape, size and organizational structure. His specialty is drilling deep to discover the essence of a brand and distilling that essence into a story that can be told and retold.
AT THE CORE
His recent brand work has included building strategic platforms for the global health and development organization, FHI, the kids magazine Highlights, Goodwill and the Bonnaroo festival.
Dave has held senior positions at multiple highly regarded agencies, such as Anderson & Lembke and Chiat/Day, and for a decade ran the quirky boutique agency The Dave and Eddy Show. As a student of branding science, Dave developed an approach for giving startups the communications foundation their business efforts require. Dave is also a decorated filmmaker and Emmy-nominated writer.
