How are you keeping your website relevant? Is your site engaging key audiences? Are you getting the most from social media? Fathom can deepen your online presence.
Whether designing something new or working with an existing brand, we can keep your print and interactive components fresh, cohesive and competitive.

Scott first met the Fathom Creative team as a client. After managing the branding and web presence of a new initiative for his organization, he found that he enjoyed the experience so much—he stayed. Beginning in 2010, he was charged with building upon Fathom’s 15 years of award-winning interactive, brand and print engagements, with a focus on the U.S. government, business and nonprofit markets.
Before joining Fathom, Scott spent seven years in the United State Army, leaving as a decorated infantry captain, army ranger and purple heart recipient. He later launched the Campaign for Healthy Homecoming, a coalition of hundreds of organizations advocating for service members, veterans and families affected by the ongoing wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
From speaking on the steps of the Capital, to features on CNN, the Washington Post and NPR, Scott’s award winning nonprofit campaign work brought together new and traditional media for enduring results. An amateur photographer, avid hiker and writer, Scott recently passed his first year of fatherhood with flying colors.

Moving effortlessly between the realms of advertising, marketing and interactive design, Matt is a born creative leader and visual communicator. With over nine years of experience, he has cultivated the ability to bring out the best in design teams, giving them the spark needed to produce the highly effective campaigns which propel clients’ brands in today’s media-enriched culture.
Before joining the Fathom team, Matt was Art Director at Porter Novelli, an international PR firm. His clients included Crayola, Penske, CDC, Busch Entertainment and Perdue—crafting stunning visuals approaches, meeting complex campaign requirements and leading teams. After winning his first ADDY Award at age 24, Matt went on to develop and direct national positioning efforts with ICF International for clients such as DoD, HUD, EPA and BGE.
When not in the office, Matt can be seen on stage performing local theater, or on the ballroom floor teaching swing dance at the local community college. He also contributes to several design blogs such as TheDistrictOfDesign.com.
